Calender workshop adopt single axle construction,Automatic deflection compensation calender to improve the rate on different formula, different craftwork, and effectively prevents the drawback of nylon cord heating.
Vulcanizing workshop import frame vulcanizing machine, and adopt PC and manual control, it can identify the error automatically, digital control temperature and it have the function of timing mold, change pressure automatically, clock the prior temperature,pressure and time to improve quality.
In order to make sure the quality, company control central buy the first classical mooney viscosity tester,rotors free vulcanizer,tensile testing products, establish the base of improving the products competition.
