01 Upgraded Electric Air Compressor
Selection of imported modified high-power mute pump 12v maximum output power 200psi
Single control: A single switch simultaneously inflates and adjusts the height of the airbags in the rear suspension, reducing the car shock.
Dual control: Two switches independently control and display, adjust the rear suspension left and right airbag inflation. The advantage is that the left and right airbags do not inflate and deflate at the same time, which can well solve the problem of caravan weight distribution, correct the body, and have high stability when bending and changing lanes.
02 Upgraded Electric Control Kit
Thickening the wiring harness, with fire-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, waterproof quick-plug connector mature and stable central control system.
03 Add 3 Gallon Aluminum Tank (tank specification 60*20-11 liters)
With oil/water separation/pressure sensor. Can be additionally connected to an air source to use such as an air seat or air gun to inflate the bags.

- General Description for Air Hoses
Cutting
Cut air tubing only with a sharp blade so that the cut is as square as possible.
Always trim the hose before reinserting the fitting.
If you use a sharp utility knife or hobby knife, you must be very careful under all circumstances not to cut yourself in this operation.
Connection and Disassembly
Connecting:
Push the freshly trimmed hose into the fitting as far as possible.
Disassembly:
First release the air pressure in the system. In order to withdraw the hose, first push on the collar on the fitting to keep it away from the hose, then pull out the hose.
Hint: In tight spaces, the air hose can be removed by evenly pressing on the collar with an open-end wrench.
-Positioning Your Inflation Valve
Choose a convenient location for the inflatable read, such as a bumper or body. It must be protected from road damage and accessible to the inflator. Drill a 5/16" hole and approximately two 5/16" stainless steel washers for the necessary support to install the inflation valve.
-Installing the Air Hose
Insert the air Hose into the airbag fitting in order to install the upper airbag bracket. Once the air bag is installed, refer to the above routing and secure with the provided nylon ties. Trim and insert the other end to the inflation valve as needed.

Vulcanizing workshop import frame vulcanizing machine, and adopt PC and manual control, it can identify the error automatically, digital control temperature and it have the function of timing mold, change pressure automatically, clock the prior temperature,pressure and time to improve quality.
